Where we started...
From adversity to opportunity, I'm so proud to introduce our business. Let me share my story with you-
Hi! I’m Krystal, owner and CEO of Coggins Cleaning & Solutions.
This business was born from sheer force of will. I was determined to get my family back on our feet and recover from serious financial deficits after my husband, our sole income, unfairly & unexpectedly lost his job in December 2022. My family is my greatest treasure, and I knew I had to do something to ensure my children weren’t caught in the aftershocks of the figurative earthquake that rocked our household to its foundation.
As a mom and wife, I turned our hardship into success, launching a cleaning service that has slowly evolved into short term rental management. After cleaning clients wonderful homes since early 2023, I was finally ready to launch as a licensed business in October 2024.
Mental health advocacy is close to our hearts; through our project, The Clean Slate Initiative, we are providing free cleaning services to those in need. Our goal is to provide this bi-annually, and will have a form on our website open where you can nominate someone you know who may be in need, whatever the reason may be. We know all too well how the rollercoaster of mental illness can wreak havoc on our homes.
